You asked that we attest to our experience in dealing with you; we do so with pleasure! In what has been a difficult period for us, partially as a result of the pandemic and partially because of its doubtless impact on the market, along you came and resuscitated what had quickly become a very disheartening time for us with not enough viewings translating into offers.We will, of course, never be sure how you had managed to sell our home so quickly but we think your, what we refer to as "cross marketing" (persuading buyers to have a look at our home in addition to what they may have had in mind elsewhere), is what ultimately effected the sale. We believe this to be the case as a number of agents had approached us claiming to have databases of buyers who were allegedly interested in homes like ours but as soon as we had allowed them to market, those supposed buyers were never forthcoming.
The above aside, thank you for dogged resolve in getting it sold; and the determination to see it through after some viewers simply wasted everyone's time. We are certain that you have oodles of patience and drive which will certainly stand you in good stead.
Tamara is so lovely to work with. She is kind and gentle, very level-headed, only wants the best for you and is very sensitive to the emotional part of the selling process. Jenade White was an outstanding estate agent who I would not hesitate to recommend. I spent 6 months looking for a new home and dealt with many agents and Jenade was by far the best agent I dealt with throughout this process. I dealt with Blaine mainly when selling my house in Plumstead a month ago. I met Blaine when looking for another house and liked the way he dealt with us when looking at this house. He asked what we wanted, knew what would work and when it would not work for us he let it go and moved on to what else was available. You instilled a sense of trust & confidence as you are always forthright, helpful and professional, yet friendly & polite. Even with the Covid19 required mask, you always have a huge smile & you always SEE the clients' needs. It's not just about making sales for you, but about matching the right home to the right person. This is sadly not prevalent in the current property sales culture. You always communicated regularly with me & you managed to sell my townhouse for above what I expected to receive within 2 weeks! You are really like the 'pied piper' for property sale.

I can highly recommend Blaine to help buy or sell your property. He plays open cards every step of the way with both parties. Working with Blaine has been a great experience for me. When selling my flat he did a single viewing and I had an offer on the table that evening. On the buying side he understood my intentions with my offer and helped me word it to protect myself and the seller.
